- To extend or render an effective, efficient and immediate delivery of sustainable social welfare and development services to the less fortunate and disadvantaged populace in the Municipality of Pandan, Antique.
- Transportation
- To provide a more efficient system for the movement of people, services, goods and information for the Municipality of Pandan.
- Communication
- To improve the telecommunication services and facilities of the municipality.
- To expand the coverage area of the telecommunication network in the municipality.
- Protective Services
- To maintain peace and order in the entire municipality with the active support of responsive community through effective law enforcement without fear or favor.
- Recreation Facilities
- To promote the physical and mental well-being of the residents in the municipality through wholesome sports and recreational activities
